Health Essentials training

RDNS community nurses provide training in general health support needs. This training is designed for support workers in the community.

What type of health support training do you need?

In our Health Essentials courses, we train support workers to:

  • administer medication
  • provide bladder and bowel support
  • provide gastrostomy (PEG) support
  • provide seizure support
  • provide asthma support
  • practice good infection control.
