Eating well makes you stronger, gives you more energy to care for yourself, and to recover faster from an illness or injury.
Sometimes it can be hard to get the nutrients you need through your normal food due to loss of appetite, difficulty eating and cooking, or digestion issues.
One of our experienced dietitians can provide individualised support to get the nutrients you need. Our specialised care starts with an assessment of your nutrition, health, medical and dietary circumstances. Our priority is to understand what your nutritional concerns are and help you create nutrition related goals.
Your Dietitian can provide advice on ways to improve your appetite and manage dietary requirements or eating difficulties. At times we may recommend specialised nutritional supplements if you are struggling to meet your nutrition needs.
Our dietary counselling and practical strategies help you maintain your health so you can be healthy and live independently at home.
Our services can be funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, the Support at Home program, or privately funded, whatever suits your situation.
We provide Nutrition in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania, and the Australian Capital Territory. To find the closest service region near you, please see our Availability details below, or to get started, call our Contact Centre on 1300 650 803 or complete our enquiry form today.
