Our nurses can help you manage your catheter and replace it when needed. In Western Australia (WA) we also provide a Continence Management Advice Service (CMAS).

Medication management

We can help you take your medication correctly, and teach you how to monitor your symptoms, so you can manage your health better.

Palliative care

If you are aged 65 years and over or are of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander decent and are over 50 years, you may be eligible for government aged care funding for some nursing services.

Alternatively, speak to your health professional to find out if you’re eligible and for a referral.

If you have been assessed and receive aged care funding like the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Package (HCP), or Short Term Restorative Care (STRC), contact us to arrange the services you need.

Private care

All people 18 years and over are eligible for private services.


Cost

Some health care programs are funded by the WA government and are free for clients. Contact us for more information.

To access aged care funding you can also contact My Aged Care and ask for an assessment.

If you have aged care funding you can use this to pay for all, or the majority of the services you need.

Availability

All nursing services are available in Adelaide, including blood transfusions.

Our nursing team also provide nursing programs which include Paediatric Care and a HIV Primary Care Program

Nursing services can be provided in your home, the community or in our nursing clinics.

They can also be part of our health care programs such as Palliative Care and Post-Acute Care Services.

Private care 

We provide all the nursing services listed above privately in Adelaide.

Eligibility

To access this service, talk to your local General Practitioner (GP) about a referral.

Our Palliative Care program is free for clients with a referral.

Residents living in Queensland (QLD) in the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service catchment area.  

Nursing services are also available as part of our Home Hospital & Post Acute Care, Palliative Care, and Care Coordination Programs.

Private care

All services listed above are available as fee for service.

Eligibility

If you are aged 65 and over or are of Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander decent and aged 50 and over, you may be eligible for government aged care funding for some nursing services.
