With Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funding, you can access basic aged care services to maintain your health.
You may be eligible for CHSP funding if you:
- Are aged 65 and over, or aged 50 years and over if you’re an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Need help with everyday activities
- Have special needs, an illness or dementia or need short-term support to help you regain your health and independence.
Silverchain provides a full range of services through CHSP funding to support you at home. Our services can include a little help with daily tasks such as preparing meals, or getting dressed, through to nursing care.

Our CHSP services are available in Perth and regional areas in Western Australia (WA), in Adelaide in South Australia (SA), and greater Melbourne and the Golden Plains and Moorabool areas in Victoria (VIC). We also provide Restorative Care Services in WA through CHSP funding.

If you need more care than what your CHSP funding can provide, you may be eligible for a Home Care Package (HCP). Alternatively, you can also pay for more services privately.
