With Silverchain Private Care you can self-fund health and aged care services, with or without an existing government funded service package.
You do not need a referral from your GP or health care provider to receive self-funded care. With your consent, we will contact them on your behalf to get the information we need to develop a care plan for you.
Privately funded care, gives you the flexibility to:
