This year, I am again grateful for the many people who make up our Silverchain community – our wonderful clients, our outstanding care and support teams, and our generous volunteers and donors.
While we are all linked together in the chain of care, we come from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. At this time of year, I trust we can all find moments of shared connection and celebration.
One of the most valuable parts of my job is visiting clients with our care teams. Spending time with some of you helps me to stay connected to what really matters as I listen and learn what is important to you. I then use these insights to plan and prioritise on what comes next for Silverchain and how we can improve our services.
As we look ahead, we will continue to draw on our legacy as pioneers in home care to shape the future of care in the home.
We will continue to work with you to provide care that is personalised to your needs and preferences.
And as we have done for nearly 130 years, we will continue to deliver our services with the human touch of someone who cares.
My hope is that this season brings you connection with your community and joyful moments with the people that are important to you.
