Our Board of Directors was formed in September 2011 following the merger of RDNS Silverchain with Silverchain, based in WA.
It is responsible for the overall culture, performance and management of our business.
With the authority to determine the policy, practices, management and operations, in conjunction with management, the Board ensure the organisation has a secure, sustainable future.
It comprises former members of both RDNS Silverchain and Silverchain Boards and collectively, has extensive knowledge and experience in the health care industry. As a responsible organisation, we pride ourselves on the commercial and business expertise that the Board brings.
