The Silver Chain Group, which is one of the largest not for profit health and community care organisations, provides a range of services to assist people in their homes across Western Australia, South Australia and Queensland. With over 100 years’ experience the Silver Chain Group is committed to caring for individuals and to helping shape the future of health and community care across Australia.
Our leadership in health services and education training, allows us to provide key services to Federal and State Governments and allied professionals as well as our direct to our clients. This ensures that our networks and partnerships are extensive enough to provide a full service to our clients in every area of health.
