Silverchain is a not-for-profit organisation compromising of Silver Chain Group Ltd operating in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria and Royal District Nursing Service of SA Ltd operating in South Australia (Silverchain).
All donations to Silverchain support the Silverchain vision of building community capacity to optimise health and wellbeing for all Australians.
Silverchain expects that anyone making a donation to the organisation will check the payment details before submitting and carefully consider the donation prior to the transaction. If you have made an error or changed your mind about donating to Silverchain we ask that you notify us within a reasonable time by emailing fundraising@silverchain.org.au or writing to us at:

Silverchain is under no obligation to make refunds and all refunds issued will be at the discretion of Silverchain. All refunds will be dealt with within 30 days. In the case of a successful refund claim, the original receipt issued by Silverchain will be invalid. Silverchain reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from a change or mind or error from the refund amount. In the case of an error made by Silverchain, full refunds will be made immediately, and all costs borne by Silverchain.
