Respiratory care

If you have a respiratory condition that needs oxygen therapy, we can provide your oxygen and help you manage your health in the comfort of your home.

Receiving respiratory care at home means you can focus on leading a more independent life.

Our networked team consists of nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians, social workers and respiratory physicians. They work together to:

  • enhance your quality of life
  • prevent deterioration
  • help you manage changes in your condition
  • minimise hospital visits.

If you require oxygen at home, an oxygen unit (including a backup cylinder) will be supplied to you. We will monitor and review your ongoing oxygen requirements and help you re-assess your needs over time.

Telehealth

Our respiratory service also uses telehealth technology. With telehealth, you can record your observations and symptoms on an electronic device. This device is able to facilitate early recognition of changes in your condition, enabling a faster response.

This lets us reach more people and helps them to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
