Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)

Do you want to continue living at home but need support to look after yourself and keep doing the things you enjoy?

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) is an entry level home care program for older people who need some help with daily tasks to live independently at home.

The aim of the CHSP is to help you or your family member live as independently as possible – with a focus on working with you, rather than doing things for you. It is about building on your strengths, capacity and goals to empower you to continue living independently and safely at home.

Service areas in Victoria

In partnership with Apto Group, we can help you access CHSP services throughout Melbourne’s south, east, west and northern suburbs.

  • in need of help at home to continue to live independently
