Homeless nursing clinic

If you are at risk of, or are experiencing, homelessness, we can provide you with a range of health services at one of our specialised nursing clinics.

We can help you with your health care at one of our two clinics in metro Adelaide. The clinics operate Monday to Friday. You do not need an appointment to see a nurse.

Our nurses at the clinics can help you improve your health, manage chronic disease and reduce the risk of preventable disease. They can help you access services such as:

  • podiatry
  • dentistry
  • physiotherapy
  • optometry
  • sexual health services
  • drug and alcohol rehabilitation
  • annual flu vaccines
  • seeing a general practitioner (GP).

How do I get this service?
