Once you have received your ACAT approval for a Home Care Package, you will be placed in the national queue by the Government.
If you’re happy to wait, when you reach the top of the queue, you will receive a letter including your unique referral code. Contact us directly with your referral code to arrange your care.
Set up your Home Care Package
Once you’ve given us a call with your unique referral code one of our specialist care team members will visit you at home to understand your needs and work with you to coordinate your support. Together we will design a care plan guided by you, and from here your services will commence.
Building a relationship and getting to know you is important to us. It means that as your needs change, we can change with you. If you need additional support, we can review your care plan at any time.
