Complex nursing care

If you require more complex or ongoing hospital level nursing care, we can also help.

With a referral, we work together with your Doctor or Specialist, or our own Doctors at RDNS Silverchain, to provide the care you need when you return home from hospital. This can include care for conditions such as blood clots, pneumonia, cellulitis, bone, blood, chest, and urinary tract infections (UTI’s) as well as palliative care.

Who can access our services?

Our nursing services are suitable for people who may need a little support with everyday tasks due to age, impaired mobility, illness or disability.

Fees and pricing

Services can be self-funded for any person of any age. If you or your loved one is aged 65 years and over, or are an Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander over 50 years, you may be eligible for government funding for aged care services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or through a Home Care Package.

As an RDNS Silverchain client, you will need to pay a small contribution fee for our services. These fees help us to deliver more services to more people in South Australia. See our fee contribution schedule here: CHSP client contribution price list. A guide to our CHSP services is available to download by clicking here.
