How do I access home care services?
Government subsidies are available for home care services, depending on your personal circumstances. To receive subsidised care, you will first need to have an assessment.
The assessment will be carried out by an independence organisation and will help to identify your needs and the type of care that is right for you. Our knowledgeable and friendly team can help you arrange an assessment.
Waiting times for an assessment vary depending on the type of assessment you need. You may be seen within a few days, or it could be a number of weeks or months. In the meantime, we can offer you services right away, while you're waiting.
