We value your feedback and believe that partnering with you as we design, develop, improve or evaluate our service results in better health outcomes for you and your community. Consumer Engagement is important as it helps us learn from you, as we ask you to share your unique experience and knowledge as a consumer of our service. It also gives you the opportunity to be involved with your community and meet new people.
We are looking for consumers, like you, to register to participate in upcoming Consumer Engagement Activities, which may include:
Representing Consumers at Committee Meetings
Providing feedback on brochures, information sheets and other web and print based materials before they are published
Other Consumer Engagement opportunities

Once we receive your registration form, we will keep your details in our database and contact you when there are opportunities to participate in activities. Involvement in any of these activities will not impact on the services you are receiving.
