Brochures, blogs and factsheets – consumers tell us what they think
In March, a small focus group of consumers were invited to tell us what they thought of our publications. This was done to make sure information we provide is easy to read and understand.
A total of 16 publications were reviewed including a mix of brochures, fact sheets and online blog articles. Feedback was sought on the language used, the level of detail and the look and feel of our publications.
The group of consumers included people who had were interested in providing a consumer voice and others who had responded to an invitation on our Facebook page.
This group included members from Silver Chain’s National Consumer Advisory Group (NCAG), who provide a consumer voice and perspective on Silver Chain operations, services and policies. NCAG’s last meeting was in mid-April and the group has been busy recruiting new members and participating in strategic planning workshops.
