We want our clients, carers and other members of the community to be involved in the evaluation, design and continuous improvement of our services and over the past six months, we’ve been inviting people to register to do just that.
Consumer engagement not only means that our clients have the opportunity to be informed, consulted and involved in our organisation, but to help ensure our services align to their needs and the needs of the community.
Everyone who put their name on our consumer engagement register from across Australia will have the opportunity to participate in surveys and focus groups, sit on committees or review print material, if they haven’t already.
To show our appreciation to everyone who has registered and acknowledge the valuable contribution they have made and will continue to make, a series of morning teas were recently held across Australia.
Those who attended the morning tea in Perth had the opportunity to meet with senior leaders from across the organisation, including General Manager, Home Support Services, Anne-Marie Cox and General Manager, Country Services, Carole Bain.
