Our trusted network of skilled health care specialists and dedicated home support staff help people remain at home, while easing the strain and financial burden on our public hospitals.
As a not-for-profit organisation, RDNS needs your financial support to provide specialist equipment to deliver hospital-level care at home.
Your donation will be used to purchase items such as infusion pumps and monitoring equipment. This is vital equipment used to deliver fluids such as nutrients and medications to people in the home, as well as monitoring their ongoing condition. This world class equipment will improve the level of service RDNS provide, ensuring we provide the best care, every time.
Without this equipment, people who are chronically ill may need to remain in hospital for long periods of time to receive treatment.
The good news for those people and their families is that they don’t need to be apart to receive the specialist care they require.
RDNS delivers this treatment to clients all over Adelaide; treating them in the comfort of their own home and liberating public hospital bed capacity.
How we will use your generous donation to help those in need across Adelaide
We will purchase infusion pumps for clinical use in the home. These pumps are designed to manage accurate dosages for each client’s needs, costing approximately $2,500-$3,000 each.
We will also purchase monitoring equipment which can be used to check the levels and effects of medications in the body, and the conditions of clients' vital signs.
