We regularly survey clients to seek feedback on the care and services provided and identify where we can improve. We are proud to report high levels of satisfaction as well as the trended information received through our compliments and complaints mechanisms.

Hand hygiene compliance

Health care associated infections (HCAI) are a major and growing issue in the quality and safety of health care, in both the hospital and community settings. All Silver Chain Group staff are trained and monitored for compliance with contemporary practices in Hand Hygiene.
