The Safety and Quality dashboard below details how we are performing across a range of measures. The data relates to services delivered by Silver Chain in Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria; ACNA and RDNS in South Australia.

We regularly survey clients to seek feedback on the care and services provided and identify where we can improve. We are proud to report high levels of satisfaction as well as the trended information received through our compliments and complaints mechanisms.

Client Care


With over 3500+ staff nationally, offering a range of services, the Silver Chain Group team are providing safe and effective care to many clients across Australia every day.

Palliative Care Outcome Collaborative (PCOC) is a national funded program that supports better patient experience and improves outcomes of care. Silver Chain contributes to PCOC and 2 main outcomes, Responsiveness and Timely Admission, are monitored by the SCG Palliative Service Network as shown in the graphs. The data presented is for the period of July – December 2018, published by PCOC May 2019.
