In Australia bladder problems affect one in three women and one in ten men. Bowel problems are also very common. Yet only one third of people who have symptoms seek medical help.

The Silver Chain Continence Management Advice Service (CMAS) provides access to specially trained nurses who provide confidential advice on how to best manage and improve symptoms.
