Silver Chain's TeleCare Solutions provide 24 hour 7 day a week peace of mind for you, your friends and family. Comprising of the CareLink Personal Alarm in conjunction with assistive technology sensors, TeleCare Solutions can be packaged to suit a variety of needs.

A range of sensors can be worn or installed around the home which will trigger the CareLink Alarm when activated.  Our operators are advised which sensor has activated, ensuring a prompt appropriate response while communicating through the alarm with you if able.

Our operators will stay on the line with you until help arrives.  Any change in condition or the situation will be noted and acted upon immediately.

CareLink Personal Alarm

• Consists of an alarm and pendant
• Pendant works up to 80 metres from base unit
• Water resistant pendant
• 24/7 response monitoring

Fall Detector

• Works via shock and tilt process
• Worn on the belt
• Activates on a 90 degree angle or upon impact

EPI Sensor (epilepsy mat)

• Consists of a bed mat and a ROM (Radio Output Module)
• Mat is placed under the mattress
• Detects seizures and triggers the alarm

Bed Occupancy Sensor

• Detects if the bed is unoccupied during a preset time including if someone leaves the bed during the night and does not return
• Mat will also detect if someone has not gone to bed at night, or gotten out of bed in the morning
• Can be interfaced to trigger lights to turn on and off, to reduce the likelihood of tripping or falling during the night.
• Mat is placed under the mattress
• Chair option also available

Gas Detector

• Alerts when high levels of natural gas is detected in the air
• Will turn off the gas supply and alert monitoring centre simultaneously

Smoke Detector

• Hardwired with a battery backup
• Emits loud beeping at the same time as triggering an alarm call

Bellman Visit Pager Receiver

• For the carer to use while in the clients home
• When the alarm is triggered by a sensor (for example, the pendant, fall detector orsensor mat) the receiver lights up and alerts the carer to which sensor has activated

Flood Detector

• Has three points on the base to detect moisture
• Placed under the sink or next to the bath to alert if water overflows

Puff/Sip Switch

• For people who have limited or no mobility in their hands
• Completely wireless and mobile
• Alarm activates by blowing or sipping on the tube

Enuresis Sensor

• For clients limited bladder control
• Wireless and placed under the top sheet
• A mattress cover is recommended

Property Exit Sensor

• Starts a 'countdown' when the door opens and alerts if the motion sensor does not detect activity within set timeframe
• Also alerts if the door is left open
