There are many ways that organisations can support Silver Chain:
Car sponsorship
A unique sponsorship opportunity to prominently display your company name and logo on one of our fleet vehicles. Our Getz vehicles are contracted to do 40,000kms and cover 2,200 to 2,400kms a month.
Health pit stops
Silver Chain can visit your organisation to provide a quick health check service for your employees. Either personal donations from your employees, or a corporate donation, is welcome.
Event sponsorship
We are currently seeking sponsors for our 2010 Corporate Golf Day "the Silver Cup".
The Silver Cup will be held at Lake Karrinyup Country Club on Friday, 30 April 2010. As our major fundraiser for the year, our golf day attracts many golfing enthusiasts. Lake Karrinyup Country Club is Western Australia's leading golf course, and we are expecting a high rate of interest due to its level of prestige.

The proceeds raised from the Silver Chain Cup will assist Silver Chain Home Hospital to purchase a portable digital x-ray machine to assess and diagnose patient injuries, preventing the need for patients to attend an emergency department.
Silver Chain Home Hospital is the next generation in health care delivery in Western Australia and the first community based hospital of its kind in Australia. Since its inception in September 2009, more than 5,000 patients have been admitted, thereby avoiding or shortening a hospital stay. Our innovative service delivers priority assessments and short term care interventions to patients through the Perth metropolitan area, allowing them to be treated safely in the comfort of their own home.
With the capacity to care for more than 500 patients in the community at one time, cutting edge technology is required to assess and manage our patients in their home.
With your help and support we will be closer in achieving our goal to raise $45,000 to purchase the x-ray machine that will allow us to deliver expert diagnosis in the home and in the community.

Donations help us provide additional service, higher levels of care and the appropriate infrastructure to support our services.
Your support allows us to extend our services to meet a need in the community where there may be a shortfall of funding. It also enables us to invest in research and conduct clinical trials to improve our services, to develop our staff training programs and to ensure we continue to lead the way in the delivery of care in our community.
