Home Therapy Services

RDNS provides an extensive range of Home Therapy Services. We can provide rehabilitation and restorative care services to enable people with additional care needs to remain at home. Our team of professionals ensure that clients reach their optimum level of health and wellbeing, with tailored programs to help improve their movement and flexibility.

A range of services are available, with plans developed in partnership with the client’s treating General Practitioners and other medical specialists.

We provide specialist services in the following areas:

• Speech Pathology – is the diagnosis, management and treatment of individuals who are unable to communicate effectively or who have difficulty with feeding and swallowing.
• Occupational Therapy – assessment, treatment programs, home modifications and splinting services provided with a focus on improved independence, community participation and safety.
• Podiatry – treatment, footwear prescription and education to reduce falls and improve mobility.
• Physiotherapy – assessment, treatment, mobility training and prescription of mobility aids to reduce falls and promote mobility.
