Silver Chain has developed a new initiative where we are offering corporate organisations the opportunity to hold a Silver Chain Health Pit Stop for their staff. Our Health Pit Stops include blood pressure checks, body mass index and waist to hip ratio calculations. Results are provided to the participants along with helpful information and tips on leading a healthy lifestyle.
