New director for Silver Chain Home Hospital
Silver Chain is proud to welcome Dr Roslyn Carbon as the new Director for Silver Chain Home Hospital; a program aimed at reducing hospital presentations, reducing the pressure on the health system and which sees eligible patients receiving hospital level care from nurses and doctors from the comfort of their own home.
