The Silver Chain Group is one of the largest not for profit health and community care providers in Australia, delivering services to people in their homes throughout WA, QLD and SA. We employ over 3,000 staff and 400 volunteers, providing assistance to over 5,000 clients each day and over 62,000 clients every year. We travel over 21 million kilometres to help our clients remain in their homes for longer.
