Dowerin Field Days - 25 and 26 August 2010

As part of our ongoing commitment to increase the community's capacity to maximise its health and wellbeing in rural and remote areas, Silver Chain will be undertaking a Health Pit Stop from Site 83 in the Lifestyle Pavilion at the 2010 Dowerin Machinery Field Days.

If you are attending Dowerin Field Days, don't miss out on visiting our display and finding out about the services we offer and how you can access them.  For a gold coin donation, we will be undertaking a Health Pit Stop where individuals can be screened quickly and non-invasively for three modifiable cardiovascular disease risk factors including blood pressure, body mass index and hip-to-waist ratio.

We will also be holding a raffle with tickets selling for $2 each (1st prize - $10,000 cash, 2nd prize - $3,000 cash, 3rd prize - 2 nights' accommodation in Margaret River at Margaret River Tourist Park including lunch and escorted winery tour for two people).  Each raffle ticket you purchase also enters you in a draw to win a Margaret River Chocolate Company hamper - this hamper raffle will be drawn at the end of each Dowerin Field Days.
