Consumer Participation Framework
Silver Chain is committed to involving the people who experience Silver Chain's services in the planning, delivery, research and evaluation of our services. Our Consumer Participation Framework establishes the legitimacy of consumer participation as an integral part of Silver Chain business. It ensures consumers are being involved in decision making about their own care, service planning, service design, policy development and quality improvement. Without information and feedback from our consumers, we would be unable to tailor our services to meet their ongoing needs.
If you are a consumer of Silver Chain's services and would like to participate or learn more about consumer participation in Silver Chain please contact our Client Liaison Officers at Silver Chain via (08) 9242 0370. If you would also like a hard copy of the Consumer Participation Framework please also contact Our Client Liaison Officers.
