Centre based day care

Our day centres aim to promote healthy ageing within our community. They provide support to prevent social isolation and enable you to interact with others in a comfortable home-like environment. They also offer respite for carers who need a break.

Each day centre plans a wide variety of services and activities, including arts and crafts, woodwork and presentations from guest speakers on topics of interest. Day centre external activities also include day trips to local attractions and events.

Nutritious cooked meals are available for lunch at a nominal fee. There is also transport available to pick up clients from home and return them at the end of their visit (if applicable).

Our metropolitan day centres are located at:

Fremantle (12 Laidlaw Street, Hilton): This is a multicultural facility and is open Tuesday - Friday.
Mandurah (72 Lakes Road, Greenfields): Open Monday - Friday.
Rockingham (5 Ray Street, Rockingham): Open Monday - Friday.

Margaret River
Shark Bay
Toodyay
Walpole
