CareLink Personal Alarm Pendant and Fall Detector

Silver Chain's CareLink Personal Alarms and Fall Detectors will give you piece of mind and provide your loved ones with an increased sense of security, wellbeing and independence while at home.

The alarm comes with a small, water resistant pendant, which is worn around the neck. It is also available in a fall detector for people who are prone to falls.

Simply press the pendant or if you fall, the fall detector will activate automatically and your call for help will be answered by one of our trained operators who will view your medical history and determine the appropriate response. The operator will contact the nominated person(s) or an emergency service and will stay on the line until help arrives. 

The CareLink Personal Alarm is suitable for people living alone or people with disabilities or ongoing medical conditions. It is also suitable for anyone who is concerned about their personal safety in the home.

The pendant and fall detector will activate up to 80 metres away from the base unit, which is installed via your telephone line.

Our monitoring centre operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are two payment options available:

RENTAL PLAN

A flexible rental plan is available if you prefer to pay one flat fee that covers all costs, including 24/7 response monitoring, service and maintenance.

PURCHASE PLAN

You may choose to purchase the alarm outright. The alarm comes with 24/7 response monitoring and a 12 month manufacturing warranty.
