Anne Skipper AM Grad Dip Nursing. FAICD Anne was appointed Chair of RDNS SA in 2007 and became Chair of Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board on 1 September 2011. Anne has extensive experience in corporate governance and company directorships for 25 years. She is also currently a lecturer for the Australian Institute of Company Directors nationally and internationally. Anne's current directorships include the; People's Credit Union, Qantas Foundation, Adelaide Central Medicare Local and Chair of Plan International Australia.

Dr Mary McNulty MBBS (WA ) FRAChPM Further to the merger with RDNS (SA) in September 2011, former Silver Chain Chairman (2008 - 2011) Dr Mary McNulty is Vice Chairman of the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board. Mary has served on the board since 1997 and will continue to chair both the Corporate Governance and Human Research Ethics Committees. Mary is a General Practitioner in suburban Perth with a special interest in palliative care having worked with our Hospice Care Service for 21 years. She has been involved with general practitioner education and the promotion of palliative care.

Stephen Connor BE (Hons) Grad Dip (PD) M App Sc (PM) Appointed to the RDNS Board in September 2008 and the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board in September 2011, Stephen has been appointed Chair of the new Strategic Business Development Committee. He has more than 25 years' experience in property development with a specific focus on urban development, aged care and accommodation projects. He takes responsibility for delivery of project initiation, market research and analysis, feasibility studies, development consulting, project management, marketing management and negotiation across all facets of the development life cycle. Stephen is a Director of Connor Holmes, a Development Management Planning and Property Consulting practice that he established in 1999 and operated across Australia.

Mr Haydn Chrystal BE (Elec), MBA, FAIM, MAICD Appointed to the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board in September 2011 and a Silver Chain Board Member since 2010, Haydn is Executive Chairman for the Chrystal Group and has been responsible for the ongoing growth and implementation of the strategic direction for the Chrystal family group of companies since 1995. He brings 12 years experience as a non-executive director on various boards and is currently a Non Executive Director of Snap Franchising Ltd and President Director of PT Caterlindo (Indonesia).

Kathy Gramp BA Acc, FAICD, FAICA, FAICSA Appointed to the Board of RDNS (SA) in October 2008 and the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board in September 2011, Kathy has been appointed Chair of the Group's Audit and Risk Management Committee. Until 30 June 2011, Kathy was Chief Financial Officer of Austereo Group Ltd, Australia's largest commercial radio group. She has over 22 years finance and commercial experience in an ASX listed company, delivering strong operational performance, risk and change management. Kathy is also on the boards of Masonic Homes Inc and Adelaide Convention Centre.

Julie Keene BBus(Acc), MAcc, FCA, MAICD Elected as Vice President in 2010 and a Board Member since May 2007, Julie is the Executive Director, Finance Planning and Commercial Services, and Chief Financial Officer at Murdoch University. Prior to this, Julie spent over 10 years in various roles in the financial services sector, including the areas of finance, strategic planning and project management, both overseas and with BankWest in Perth.

Robert Knowles AO, AICD The Hon Rob Knowles was appointed to the RDNS Board in August 2009 and the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Board in September 2011. He is a farmer and company director at Clarendon Victoria. Rob served 24 years in the Victorian Parliament and was Minister for Health, Aged Care and Housing in the Kennett Government. He is currently Chairman of the Mental Health Council, President of the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia and Chairman of the Campus Council for the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.

Mr Robert Radley B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc(Eng), MBA, EDP (Cornell), GAICD Appointed to the Board in Nov 2008, and the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board in September 2011, Robert is a partner at Bain & Company. Prior to this, Robert was a Partner and Perth Advisory Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a former Managing Director of Poynton & Partners/GEM Consulting. He has been a management consultant for over 16 years, prior to that holding senior management roles in information technology and a national R&D facility. Robert has extensive strategy development and performance improvement experience in a wide range of industry sectors. His consulting career has enabled him to work in Europe, North America, South America, South Africa and Australia.

Dr Judith Straton MD MPH FAFPHM Appointed to the Silver Chain RDNS (SA) Group Board in September 2011 and a Silver Chain Board Member since April 2008, Dr Judy Straton has been appointed Chair of the new Clinical Governance Board Committee. Judy is a public health physician with considerable experience in academia and in government. She taught for over 20 years at the University of Western Australia where she was Associate Professor of Public Health and later Associate Dean in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Following this, she spent several years working in government, first as a Senior Medical Advisor in the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, and later as Director of Child and Community Health in the WA Department of Health. Judy is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research, Lead Fellow in Assessment for the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine and is a member of the Project Advisory Group for a large research project on Men, Women and Ageing.
