• Printing the Donation Form and faxing or posting it to us.

• Using the donation coupon printed in every edition of Link - Silver Chain's free quarterly newsletter (call us if you need more information about Link).
• Printing the Donations Direct Debit Request to set up a regular donation and faxing or posting it back to us.  Please also read the Donations Direct Debit Request Service Agreement outlining our commitment to you.
• Making a memorial donation in memory of a loved one or in lieu of funeral flowers (you can also ask about a donation form at the funeral home).  
• Sending a cheque or money order made payable to Silver Chain.
