Silver Chain owns and operates seven residential care facilities within Western Australia.  At Silver Chain we seek to offer the best we can to our residents.  All our facilities are accredited with the Aged Care Standards Agency and we pride ourselves on providing individualised care in partnership with our residents and their families and friends.

Our residential facilities provide a higher level of support than is able to be provided to you in your own home. The care delivered is dependent on your individual needs and is developed in consultation with you and your family.

We actively encourage you to maintain social and personal relationships as well as taking into account your individual beliefs, religion and language.

We work collaboratively with other health professionals, physiotherapists, podiatrists and occupational therapists to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for you.
