Our Customer Operations Centre provides a referral and screening service for Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) and Veterans' Home Care (VHC) clients living in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions.

DVA Gold Card and eligible White Card holders can request to be assessed and referred through Silver Chain to services such as Home Help, Personal Care and Respite.

Silver Chain works with local service providers based in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions so that DVA and VHC clients can access these services.
