Day Centres
Silver Chain day centres are provided to promote healthy ageing within our community.
They deliver support to prevent social isolation and enable you to interact with others in a comfortable setting.
Each day centre has a wide variety of services and activities available ranging from craft and woodwork to slide shows and presentations from guest speakers. Day centre activities also include day trips.
Our metropolitan day centres are located at:
- Fremantle.
- Mandurah.

Our country day centres are located at:
- Albany.
- Bridgetown.
- Margaret River.
- Shark Bay.
- Toodyay.
- Walpole.
