Silver Chain provides a Physiotherapy Service in the Perth metropolitan area and a Podiatry Service in inner city suburbs if you are housebound and are unable to travel outside of your home.
Physiotherapy and Podiatry aim to minimise pain and discomfort if you are elderly or have a disability.
The physiotherapist or podiatrist will make an assessment and develop an individual care plan to suit your individual needs. Ongoing treatment is carried out in the home at convenient times to you.
