The Meals on Wheels Program ensures that healthy, nutritious meals are delivered to you in the comfort of your home.

Meals on Wheels is available to residents living in and around the Fremantle region, and also to those living in Toodyay and Margaret River.

Silver Chain ventured into a new service type for the metropolitan area when the Meals on Wheels service was transferred from the City of Fremantle to Silver Chain.  Silver Chain will continue to develop this service to meet nutritional needs, promote wellbeing and enhance clients ability to live independently.

Meals are provided Monday to Sunday if required for $5.00 per meal.  Meals are delivered chilled or frozen with a dessert and a drink for each day.  Soup and fresh fruit options are also available.  The meals are delivered by dedicated volunteers.
