Customer Operations Centre receives top award
Silver Chain’s award winning Customer Operation Centre has once again been recognised as an industry leader, this time at the at the 2008 Asia Pacific Region Contact Centre Industry Summit, held last week.
Silver Chain was awarded the bronze medal for the best medium sized contact centre at a gala awards ceremony held in Sydney.
This is a remarkable achievement for Silver Chain as a community health and not for profit organisation, to receive an award of this level.
“The calibre of finalists was astonishing. We have achieved a milestone for Western Australia and the community health industry. We have proven that this model does provide better access and care to client in the community. The team has worked so hard over the past two - three years and deserves this incredible international recognition,” says Ben Oxford.
