Feedback
We welcome feedback from you and your family as it helps us to improve our services. Our Client Liaison Officer represents the interests of people who receive our services and is also responsible for managing complaints. You should never feel hesitant about making a complaint or fear that it will result in removal of services.
If you have feedback about our services or wish to let us know how we could improve, there are several options available to you:
• Tell the Silver Chain employee who visits you.

A 24 hour telephone interpreter service is available by calling 131 450 from within Australia or on +61 3 9203 4038 if you are calling from overseas. This is an invaluable service for people who do not speak English as their first language.
