Mr Geoff Anderson B. Com, FAICD
Appointed Chairman 5 November 2004, served as Vice President (2002 to 2004), Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee (2002 to 2004) and a Board Member since 1997, Geoff has spent over 20 years in the stockbroking and financial services sectors. He has served as Director of Eyres Reed McIntosh Ltd and Hartley Poynton Ltd where he was Manager of their Private Client Divisions. Geoff was also Chairman of the Hartley Poynton Foundation (1999 to 2001). He is currently a Director of Gold Estates Holdings Pty Ltd. |

Dr Michael Hobbs AO DPhil (Oxford), MB, BS (Adelaide), FRACP, FRACPHM
A Board Member since 1982 and former Chairman of the Professional Services Advisory Committee (1992 to 2002), Michael is Emeritus Professor and Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Population Health at the University of Western Australia. |

Mrs Dianne Browning B Juris LLB
A Board Member since October 2001, and former Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominations Committee (2002-2007) Dianne is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with a background in financial services and risk management. She is currently the company Secretary and General Counsel of MDA National Insurance. |

Dr Norman Marinovich MBBS (WA), FRCP, FRACP, OAM-Chairman
Serving as Chairman (2002 to 2004), Vice President (1997 to 2002) and a Board Member since 1987, Norman is a Consultant Physician in General Medicine at Fremantle Hospital and at the Rockingham Kwinana District Hospital, and is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Western Australia. |

Mrs Gaye McMath B. Com, MBA, FCPA, FAICD
A Board Member since July 2000, Gaye is the Executive Director, Finance and Resources at the University of Western Australia and previously held the position of Pro Vice-Chancellor (Resource Management) and Chief Financial Officer at Murdoch University. She was earlier employed with BHP Billiton for 23 years in a wide range of senior financial, strategic planning and commercial management positions in the Steel, Mining and Treasury divisions. She was a BHP Billiton nominated Director on various domestic and international Boards. Ms McMath is also a Director of the Western Australian Treasury Corporation and the Gold Corporation. She is a member of the Methodist Ladies College school council. Ms McMath was previously a Director of Home Building Society, Alinta Infrastructure Holdings and a member of the WA State Government Major Stadia Taskforce.

Dr Mary McNulty MBBS (WA)
Dr Mary McNulty was appointed Vice President on 1 November 2002 and has been a Board Member since 1997. She is currently Chairman of the Professional Services Advisory Committee and Silver Chain's Human Research Ethics Committee. Mary is a General Practitioner in suburban Perth with a special interest in palliative care having worked with our Hospice Care Service for 19 years. She has been involved with general practitioner education and the promotion of palliative care. |

Peter Gibbons Assoc Dip Val, Grad Dip Prop, MBA
Appointed to both Board and the Finance and Audit Committee in November 2006, Peter Gibbons has extensive experience in property investment banking and has worked for some of the world's largest investment banking institutions within Australia, United States, South East Asia and China. Peter has managed dedicated structured property finance teams and provided specialised property solutions. This includes innovative financing structures and identifying on and off balance sheet development opportunities for many of Australia's leading public and private corporations, as well as government and semi-government bodies.

Julie Keene BBus(Acc), MAcc, CA, MAICD Appointed to the Board in May 2007, Julie is the Director, Financial Services and Chief Financial Officer at Murdoch University. Prior to this, Julie spent over 10 years in various roles in the financial services sector, including the areas of finance, strategic planning and project management, both overseas and with BankWest in Perth. Julie is also a Board member of the Perth Convention Bureau and Chairman of the Bureau's Membership and Finance Committee.

Dr Judith Straton MD MPH FAFPHM
Appointed to the Board in April 2008, Dr Judy Straton is a public health physician with considerable experience in academia and in government. She has taught for over 20 years at the University of Western Australia, where she was Associate Professor of Public Health and later Associate Dean in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Following this she spent several years working in government, first as a Senior Medical Advisor in the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, and later as Director of Child and Community Health in the WA Department of Health. Judy is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research. |
